Shipping Info

Domestic Orders

We ship calendar orders by USPS Mail which requires a mailing address, either a PO Box or a street address. All other orders are shipped by FedEx Ground and require a street address. Generally, orders will be shipped within 72 hours.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the continental US will be sent by a reputable international carrier, to be determined by our staff. Please be aware that while import fees are beyond our control and may include hidden costs at the receiving port of entry, the customer is ultimately responsible for all taxes, duties and entry fees to your particular country. We will do our utmost to calculate costs and timetables on your behalf to ensure we are offering you the best possible options for your package.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. Carriers charge additional fees for errors, which may delay your shipment.

Password Changes

You may change your password on the CHECK OUT page. Simply click on the “forgot password?” link, enter your email and click “reset password”. A temporary password will be forwarded to the email address provided. You may then log in using the new temporary password and change to a password of your choice.


Should you need to return an item for refund or exchange, kindly call us at 800-248-2269, 10 am – 7 pm EST, so that we may advise you as to packaging and return address. Items must be returned in perfect condition in order to ensure a refund or exchange. All return packages must be insured for their full value.
